Our micas are mined from East India and then processed for cosmetic purposes. The company we use to procure our mica adheres to Human Rights Charter and EHS requirements. This system ensures that all supplied micas are from child-labour-FREE sources and are certified and legal mines. This company has implemented an audit program once per month to verify supplier adherence to social and EHS requirements. In addition to transforming the mica supply chain, this company is also working to improve the social and living situation for families in the mica region by implementing education and health programs in Jharkhand.
